Welcome to RESUS MINUS.
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RESUS MINUS, operated by ΔΑΜΒΑΚΕΡΑΚΗΣ ΑΘΑΝΑΣΙΑ ΧΑΡΑΛΑΜΠΟΣ, Individual Business, Greece.
RESUS MINUS operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you with our products and related services (the “Services”).
RESUS MINUS is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access, browse or purchase through our website.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided to you under applicable Greek or European Union law.

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance of the order and successfully process the applicable payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, payment failure or inaccurate customer information.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method and applicable law.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Requests for cancellation after an order has entered production or fulfilment may not always be possible.
Your statutory rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.
Returns, exchanges and withdrawal rights are further described in our Refund Policy.
Products that are manufactured specifically according to a customer's individual specifications or are clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. Standard products are not considered personalised solely because they are prepared or produced after an order is placed.
Under EU consumer rules, online consumers generally have 14 days from receipt of goods to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, subject to the legally defined exceptions. European Union

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without prior notice.
The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed when the order is submitted and confirmed.
For sales to consumers where required by applicable law, displayed retail prices include applicable VAT.
Any shipping costs applicable to your order will be displayed before completion of checkout.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.
By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within the processing times stated on our website or relevant product pages.
Certain RESUS MINUS products are produced or finished after an order is placed. Processing times are therefore separate from carrier delivery estimates.
Delivery dates and transit times displayed on the website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, adverse weather conditions, strikes or other external events.
For consumer purchases, risk of loss or damage generally passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, subject to applicable law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, publish, sell or create derivative works from RESUS MINUS content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

RESUS MINUS is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases made through our Store are made directly with RESUS MINUS.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is the technology provider supporting the Store and is not the seller of RESUS MINUS products.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
